Delivery Times
As all of the boots are hand-made upon order, delivery timescales will vary depending on the level of orders received at the time of your order. An approximate delivery takes from 5 to 7 weeks or 8-14 weeks for models with metal details.
Non Refundable
As all our boots and shoes are Made-to-order, or personalized, they cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about.
Order cancellation
If you will change your mind after ordering the boots please let us know as soon as possible emailing to info@pollacki.com. Usually we start making your order in 4 – 10 working days after receiving the order or an additional information.
